Strength/Skill:
20 Min. to 1RM Back Squat
Notes: Once you reach the 80-90% range, take 2 min. rest then perform a “Walkout” with 5-10% more than your projected maximal Squat. After your “Walkout”, rest 2 min. then 1RM.
