Why you CrossFit:  Because I cannot settle to be average--I need to consistently better myself so I can be prepared for any challenge life throws at me.  Plus, it is fun to lift heavy stuff.

Why you coach CrossFit:  To help better others--if I can affect one person positively in my lifetime, then I believe that I live an accomplished life.

Why you CrossFit:  CrossFit is the only method of training that I have found that addresses all aspects of fitness for my day to day life as well as my athletic endeavors.  My CrossFit community is my family.

Why you coach CrossFit:  I believe in the lifestyle and training that is CrossFit and I want to give that to other people.
