Why you Crossfit: Crossfit solves all chronic disease, health issues, and mental issues. It enables you to constantly push the limits of human capability. It lets you live your life without limitations. It teaches you how to be tough in all situations. Why wouldn't you do it?
Why you coach Crossfit: You can change people's lives through CrossFit: health, fitness, and meaningful relationships. If you have the ability to change someone's life for the better, you can't ignore that! I love helping people achieve goals, and find goals they didn't even know they had!

Why you CrossFit: I enjoy the physical, mental and sometimes emotional challenges of the sport of fitness. Crossfit has better prepared me for my job than any other workout. I have also built a community through Crossfit 859 that is like family to me.
Why you coach CrossFit: I enjoy helping people. I wanted to be able to give advice, encourage and assist others in pursuing their goals. Crossfit is something I truly enjoy and it continues to bring new challenges and achievements into my life. Being able to share those and help other achieve their goals is what it's all about.
