Monday through Thursday:   6am, 9:30am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm

Friday:  6am, 9:30am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, and 6:00pm

Saturday:  8am (weightlifting), 9am, and 10am

Most weekday holidays:  8am, 9am, and 10am (check Facebook and Twitter for details)
