Monday through Friday:   5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm

Saturday:  9am and 10am

Sunday: Noon-2pm

Most weekday holidays:  8am, 9am, and 10am (check Facebook and Instagram for details)

Bootcamp:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:   9:30am

Weightlifting:

Saturday: 8:00am

 

CrossFit Kids:

Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7pm during Sessions (8-week)
